When you first log in, you’ll see the home page, where you can use Copilot to create automation, access learning for every level, and explore more in Power Automate including community forums, help documentation, etc.
Let’s walk through the navigation pane and explore more for the settings.
Navigation Pane

The navigation pane includes key sections like:
- Home: Takes you back to the main page.
- Create: Provides three methods to create flows: start from blank, start from a template, and start from a connector. You can start creating workflows from here.
- Templates: Browse and use pre-built templates for common workflows. You can search for templates you are interested in and sort them by popularity, name, or release date.
- Learn: Access Microsoft Power Automate documentation to get relevant resources or help.
- My flows: View and manage the cloud flows, desktop flows you created, as well as flows created by your team and shared with you.
- Approvals: View ongoing approval flows, including received and sent approval flows, and view your completed approval records.
- Solutions: Used to package and integrate Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, and Dataverse table structure applications into one solution.
- Process Mining, AI Models, Desktop Flow Activity: These are some of the default pinned items, but you can customize your left navigation items for easy access.
