User Licenses and Capacity Licenses
Power Automate offers several licensing options to suit different needs. These licenses can be categorized into user licenses and capacity licenses. User licenses are assigned to individuals, allowing each user to create an unlimited number of flows tailored to their specific needs. On the other hand, capacity licenses are allocated to automations or machines, enabling them to serve an unlimited number of users across the entire organization.
